HOW TO COOK
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Fry in 1 tbsp of oil for 3–4 minutes per side, or until cooked to your liking. Add half the soy, honey & ginger dressing during the last minute of cooking.
- Season the tray of vegetables and rice with salt and pepper. Add 1 tablespoon of water and microwave for 4–5 minutes until piping hot. (Alternatively, steam or pan-fry the vegetables.)
- Serve the chicken on top of the rice and veggies. Finish with the remaining soy, honey & ginger dressing.
Tips
- For best results, use a non-stick frying pan for the chicken.
- Our chicken breasts are hand-cut, so cooking times may vary due to thickness. You can check your chicken is fully cooked by ensuring it reaches 165°F.
