HOW TO COOK
- Fry shredded veggies in 1 tbsp of oil on high heat for 2 minutes.
- Add defrosted shrimp and fry for 3 minutes.
- Add rice noodles, egg, and Pad Thai dressing. Fry for another 2 minutes until the sauce becomes sticky.
- Serve and garnish with crispy onions, peanuts, cilantro, chili rings, scallions, and a squeeze of 1/4 lime.
- Season defrosted shrimp with salt and pepper, add 1 tbsp of oil, and place in a microwaveable container. Cover & microwave for 2 minutes.
- Reserve lime, crispy onions, peanuts, scallion, red chili, cilantro, and Pad Thai dressing. Pour shredded veggies into tray with noodles. Add cooked shrimp and microwave for another 2 minutes.
- Add Pad Thai dressing to the tray and microwave for 1 minute or until piping hot.
- Serve and garnish with crispy onions, peanuts, cilantro, chili rings, scallions, and a squeeze of 1/4 lime.
Tips
- Drain and pat defrosted shrimp before using.
- For best results, use a non-stick frying pan or wok.
- If you prefer a less spicy dish, skip the chilies in the finishing pot.
