HOW TO COOK
- Season the steak with salt, pepper, and olive oil. (For a more tender result, bring to room temperature before frying.)
- Fry the steak for 2 minutes on each side over high heat, or cook to your liking. Let the steak rest.
- Remove the chimichurri from the container with the veggies. Season the veggies with salt and pepper. Microwave both the veggies and the sweet potato mash (lids loosely on) for 4 minutes until piping hot.
- Slice the steak and serve it over the veggies, topped with chimichurri, with the mash on the side.
Tips
- Our steaks are hand-cut, so cooking times may vary depending on thickness. Use the following temperature guide to cook your steak to your liking: Rare: 120°F, Medium Rare: 130°F, Medium: 140°F, Well-Done: 160°F.
- Rest your steak for up to 4 minutes before eating to maximize tenderness.
